Dr. Lorenzo Snaidero, born on 4.12.1948, is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Udine. He is a legal auditor and technical consultant to the Judge. He has acquired significant experience over more than thirty years in the financial and banking field as Chairman, Managing Director and member of the Discounting Committees of foreign banks operating in Italy. As a Chartered Accountant, he has gained significant expertise in extraordinary transactions and in technical econometric surveys pursuant to Law 108/96 (usury, anatocism and anomalies) and Law 154/92 (banking transparency). In particular, the Firm, thanks to this experience, has developed a number of professional figures within its ranks who deal exclusively with this subject. As an auditor, he is Chairman or member of numerous important capital companies, cooperative societies, and public bodies.
